Welcome to Queen Julz Lashes & Brows. These Terms & Conditions apply to appointments, services, and use of our website. By booking an appointment or receiving a service from Queen Julz Lashes & Brows, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments are subject to availability and may be booked through our designated online booking platform or other approved booking methods.

​

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information when making a reservation and for reviewing the selected service, date, and time before confirming their appointment.

​

Appointment availability, service duration, and pricing may vary.

​

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Clients who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice.

​

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur an AWG 35 cancellation fee.

​

Any applicable outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before another appointment can be booked.

​

3. No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing notice will be considered a no-show.

​

No-shows will be charged 50% of the total value of the booked service.

​

Any outstanding no-show fees must be paid before booking future appointments with Queen Julz Lashes & Brows.

​

4. Late Arrivals

Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments.

​

Late arrival may reduce the amount of time available to complete the service. Where a client arrives too late for the service to be performed safely or properly within the remaining appointment time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

​

Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling charges will be communicated to the client.

​

5. Service Prices

All prices displayed on our website, booking platform, social media, or promotional materials are stated in Aruban Florins (AWG) unless otherwise indicated.

​

Prices may be changed at any time. The applicable price will generally be the price communicated or displayed when the appointment is booked, subject to any agreed service changes.

​

Additional services requested during an appointment may result in additional charges.

​

6. Lash Refills

Lash refill pricing is based on the time elapsed since the previous appointment and the condition and retention of the existing lash extensions.

​

Queen Julz Lashes & Brows currently offers 1-week, 2-week, and 3-week refill options for eligible lash services.

​

If insufficient extensions remain or the existing set cannot reasonably be refilled, a new full set may be recommended instead.

​

7. Lash Removal

Standard lash removal is available as a separate service.

​

Removal of an existing lash set is complimentary when performed as part of an appointment for a qualifying new lash set with Queen Julz Lashes & Brows.

​

8. Results & Individual Variations

Results may vary between clients based on factors including natural lashes or brows, skin type, hair growth, aftercare, lifestyle, and individual retention.

​

Reference photographs may be used to communicate a desired result; however, identical results cannot be guaranteed.

​

9. Client Health & Service Suitability

Clients are responsible for informing Queen Julz Lashes & Brows before their service of any allergies, sensitivities, reactions, medications, recent procedures, or other circumstances that may affect the suitability of a treatment.

Queen Julz Lashes & Brows reserves the right to decline, modify, discontinue, or postpone a service where it is considered inappropriate or unsafe to proceed.

10. Aftercare

Clients are responsible for following any aftercare instructions provided following their treatment.

​

Failure to follow recommended aftercare may affect the appearance, longevity, or results of a service.

​

11. Reactions & Concerns

Clients experiencing unexpected irritation, discomfort, or concerns following a service should contact Queen Julz Lashes & Brows as soon as possible.

​

Any corrective action or assessment will be determined based on the individual circumstances.

​

12. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting Queen Julz Lashes & Brows.

​

The business is not responsible for items that are lost, forgotten, or damaged, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

​

13. Photography & Portfolio Use

Before-and-after photographs or other images may occasionally be taken to document services and showcase our work.

​

Images identifying a client will only be used for marketing, portfolio, website, or social media purposes with the client's permission.

​

14. Third-Party Booking Services

Queen Julz Lashes & Brows may use third-party platforms, including Fresha, to facilitate online bookings and related services.

​

Use of these platforms may also be subject to the respective provider's terms, privacy policies, and conditions.

15. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information displayed on our website is accurate and current. However, service descriptions, availability, pricing, policies, and other information may be updated from time to time.
